NOSTALGIA PIG SLAUGHTERING / PROCESSING We slaughter and process the ancient Hungarian Mangalica-type pigs, which are famous about their low cholesterol level. We bring the pigs from a professional farmer and everything is processed before your eyes at the guest-house with traditional methods from morning till afternoon according to your wishes and taste.
